We, AWS (The Adibasi Welfare Society), are a social organization that focuses on the needs of the poor and provides avenues for Employment Generation, Training and Skill Development along with Health Education and Implementation.

AWS runs various initiatives that provide for mass employment generation. These initiatives provide employment to thousands of tribals and help them sustain their families.
Training
AWS runs various initiatives that provide training and foster skills development. These initiatives help the tribals learn new skills and use them suitably for their work profiles.
Education & Health
AWS runs educational programs for health awareness and encourages tribals to take care of their assets and derive useful output of the same for their well being.
Bus Services
AWS offers corporate and other institutions like schools and government departments, well managed and efficient fleet services. All vehicles are equipped with state of the art GPS systems for location, tracking, and security.
Material Handling
